Donor insemination

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act of 1990 made it a legal requirement for all donor insemination (DI) treatments to be documented at a central office. The London Women’s Clinic has the largest DI programme in the UK. We have treated single women and lesbian couples for many years. Couples may also seek donor insemination if the male partner has insurmountable fertility problems or carries a hereditary disease. If you are fertile and within the normal weight range for your height, donor insemination can help.

We offer advice in relaxed, friendly and informal surroundings and our team of consultants and nurses are discreet and sympathetic.
